32No action, application or other proceeding lies or shall be instituted against any of the following persons in relation to anything done or purported to be done in good faith, or in relation to anything omitted in good faith, under this Act by the person:
(a)
a director or officer or a former director or officer of the Corporation; and
(b)
any other member or former member of the board of directors of the Corporation.
